I would want to start by first expressing my gratitude for your support and inspiration over the years. It is an
honour for me to update you on our success and to discuss our intensions for the upcoming years. As we are
almost at the end of the current calendar year, we will see how the upcoming year develops. But as of now,
you may have noticed that throughout the years, our attitude has consistently been towards the opportunities.
This year annual report covers the topic responsible, sustainable and progressive today for a brighter
tomorrow. This helped us to be motivated throughout the year. We are happy to announce that the great
place to work survey has once again place us in the top 50. This year's annual report includes our first
business responsibility and sustainability report. As a socially conscious corporation you'll see that were
making progress on a number of initiatives as a chairman highlighed in his opening Statment. Over the next
3 years you'll see us increase our footprint by over 25% - 30% into newer catchments that provide big
opportunities by strenthening and enhancing our distribution in our current
markets.Credit cards, commercial cars, and various commercial banking and business banking divisions are j
ust a few of the new items we have developed. Gold, of course, is still doing well. This will undoubtedly
expand our consumer base The quality of our asset portfolio was clear in FY22.Our Nonperforming asset
ratios significantly improved, with Gross non performing asset falling 61 basis points to 2.80% Our current
account saving accounts  balance increased by 15%, and our Current account saving accounts
ratio increased to 36.94%.I have no doubt that things will
only become better in the next years.Let me end by expressing my gratitude to our Board for their outstandin
g support, direction, and guidance throughout the process. Federal Bank Board would be among the best.Thei
