Distribution to; Security, Engineering, F & B Dept and Housekeeping

Hotel rules and regulations that must be obeyed:

• The letter of loading applies when the vendors or organizers have provided contractor security
deposit at IDR 5,000,000 net. The deposit will be refunded in one – two weeks after the event
completion (if there is no damage to hotel facilities)
• The vendors are required to bring the loading letter issued by the hotel in order to gain access to
the hotel loading area and start their work.
• Goods will be subjected to physical inspection by the housekeeping and security staff before
granted access to the hotel.
• The vendor workers are to wear neat clothing or uniform.
• Smoking, eating, and sleeping are prohibited in the ballroom area.
• During work and installation, the workers are prohibited from creating noise that may disturb
hotel guests.
 • During work and installation, no damage to the hotel and its surrounding is allowed. The workers
are prohibited from sticking, nailing, or other similar activities to pillars, columns, walls, doors,
ceilings, and any other building areas that may damage the hotel building or properties. Any
damage to hotel facilities and properties will result on a penalty to the vendors.
• During work and installation; cables must be covered with black duct tape.
• The workers are prohibited from installing any equipment that can interfere with air flow, fire
extinguishers, and “EXIT” signs.
• The vendors are prohibited from setting off fireworks or welding inside hotel rooms.
• The hotel is not responsible for damage/loss of equipment left in public places without the care
of the workers.
• All vendors must get hotel approval before leaving the hotel area

The hotel has the right to terminate and expel workers who violate the rules and regulations outlined
above.
