Good evening mr ridwan, mr rizal, mr sam.

Excelency mr ridwan as a owner of ELE, also excelency for mr rizal as our tutor , and honourable our
totur mr sam

First of all , I would like to thank to Allah SWT for giving us blessings so we can attend this weekly
meeting in a good condition. I also want to say thanks for mr rizal for giving me the opportunity to
give a speech in this weekly meeting. I am claudia maharani damsa ,here to deliver my speech about
the important of health for our life.

Everyone here wants to be healthy and fit, right? As we all know that health is the most important
factor in life. It is also the cheapest thing to acquire. We don’t need to buy many expensive stuff to
be healthy. With good eating habits and doing regular physical activity such as excersice ,gym or
workout in your home, its make we are one step closer to a healthier life. It sounds easy, but
sometimes not so easy to do because we are so busy to lead a healthy life ,with school and many
school activities, homework, and hanging out with our friends.

Ladies and Gentlemen, that is why we must have a healthy life. By being healthy we can have a
good life without having to worry about being sick or about the cost of medical treatment.

And the last one i give quotes for you gais.. Health is like money, we never have a true idea of its
value until we lose it.

I think that’s all from my speech. I hope we will always stay happy and healthy. Thanks you for the
