SUBJECT: AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF WORKSHOP ON THE

COMPLIANCE TO THE LATEST PUBLIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
REFORMS

In the interest of the service and in order to establish a common understanding in

implementing the Latest Public Financial Management Reforms to improve efficiency,
accountability and transparency in public fund use, the conduct of the above-mentioned Learning
Event on September 22-23, 2022 in La Union to be attended by the following personnel is hereby
authorized:

ARD for Management Services

CAO, Finance Division
CAO, Administrative Division
SAO, Finance Division
Regional Budget Officer
Regional Accountant
Accountant II
Accountant I
AOV, GSS, Administrative Division
AO I, GSS, Administrative Division
PENRO MSDs
PENRO Accountants
PENRO Bookkeepers
PENRO Budget Officers
PENRO Property Officers (1 per Province)
Support Staff- Finance Division (2) and HRD Section (1)
Authorized Drivers

All expenses to be incurred in the conduct of the above-mentioned learning event such as
food and accommodation and other allowable incidental expenses shall be charged against
Finance Division funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

In case that the herein scheduled dates could not push through due to pressing matters
which we have to attend to, the Assistant Regional Director for Management Services is hereby
authorized to issue Advisory Memorandum.

A report on the activity shall be submitted to the undersigned within fifteen (15) working
days after the completion of the said event.

This Order shall take effect on the dates specified herein.
