NOTICE OF DEPARTURE

Dear Ms Ming Sier / Sow Chee Wei,

The purpose of this letter is to announce my resignation from Malconrep Logistic (M) Sdn Bhd,
effective on last 23/11/2020.

Please note that I am prepared to assist with recruiting for and training my replacement prior to
my leaving, and will ensure that all my works were completed and in positions to be hand over to
ensure a smooth transitions period.

I would like to take this opportunity that I am prepared to thank you for the opportunity that
gives me the chance to grow professionally and be a part of MCR family.
