1. Plugin Installation

a. Download plugin file (waapify.zip).


b. Log in to your WordPress site admin.
c. Navigate to WordPress > Plugins > Add New, then click Upload Plugin button.
d. Select waapify.zip, then click Install Now button.
e. After installing the plugin, click Activate Plugin button.
f. Done.

2. Plugin Configuration

a. Once plugin installed, get started by activating the license key that you received from
Waapify.
b. Log in to your WordPress site admin, then navigate to Waapify in the sidebar.

2.1. Activating Plugin License

a. To get started, you need to activate plugin license. Fill in license key and click Save
button.
b. Then, click Activate License button to activate your plugin license.
c. You can obtain your license key through https://waapify.com/my-account/orders

2.2. Connect WordPress with Waapify

a. To connect your WordPress site with Waapify, fill in API credentials obtained from
Waapify dashboard.
b. Navigate to API Credentials tab to fill in Waapify API credentials.
c. You can define which Waapify dashboard version that you used in the plugin settings.
d. Turn ON debug mode to enable debug logging on API request and response. Debug
log will be stored in WordPress debug log file.

2.3. WooCommerce Module

a. Waapify plugin supports WooCommerce by allows admin to send WhatsApp


notification to WooCommerce customers through Waapify.
b. To enable WooCommerce module in Waapify plugin, turn ON on Enable module field.
Refer Figure 3.
c. In WooCommerce module, Waapify offers:
i. Display tracking information in order information. Refer Figure 5.
ii. Customer and order information as shortcodes to be used in WhatsApp
notification content. Refer Figure 4.
iii. Send image to customer.
iv. Integration with other WooCommerce extensions (for shipment tracking)
including:
• Ninja Van for WooCommerce
• Woo Ninja Van
• Bizapp for WooCommerce
• Delyva
• J&T Express
• GDEX for Woocommerce
• myGDEX Prime for Woocommerce
• AfterShip Tracking - All-In-One WooCommerce Order Tracking

v. When any WooCommerce extensions above is installed, tracking ID and


courier name shortcode for the plugin will be added in shortcodes section in
WooCommerce tab on plugin settings.

For example: {woo_ninjavan_tracking_id} and {woo_ninjavan_courier}
