PRICING
Client will only be invoiced on a Successful Hire with value as
followed:

18% of the incumbent’s Nett Commencing Annual Income (CAI)

or minimum fee at Rp 15.000.000,-
SIMULATION

A). Candidate A's Nett Income is Rp 25.000.000,-/month

Therefore the Professional Fee is calculated as:
25.000.000 x 13 x 18% = 58.500.000,-

B). Candidate B's Nett Income is Rp 5.000.000,-/month

The Professional Fee is calculated as:
5.000.000 x 13 x 18% = 11.700.000,-
Therefore we will charge minimum fee Rp 15.000.000
