Dear Madam Grace,

Greetings! Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance. (Jude 1:2)

The criminal Justice Internship Training Unit (CJITU) would like to propose to the conduct
of Physical Fitness Test. The purpose of Physical Fitness Test is to maintain the physical fitness
of the Interns. This would happen every Saturday from 4:30 AM to 6:00 AM. Moreover, we
would also like to impose the sanctions and penalties in a form of monetary and physical. The
purpose of having sanctions and penalties is to implement discipline among the interns and to
have funding for the beautification and sustenance of our unit. Attach here with are the
guidelines for violations, penalties and sanctions.
