AUTHORITY TO TRAVEL

Considering that the Guidelines on Foreign Travel of Local Government

Officials and Employees under Memorandum Circular No. 2019-83 (s. 2019) have
been complied with, this AUTHORITY TO TRAVEL is being issued to ELENA
R. MORENO, a Barangay Kagawad of Barangay Salinas III, Bacoor City, Cavite
for her foreign travel to Canada from July 11, 2022 until October 30, 2022. The
nature of this travel is classified as Personal or Private Trip, hence, no government
fund will be utilized in the entirety of its duration.

Concurrently, the Application for Leave is hereby approved for

humanitarian considerations. As a consequence, Barangay Salinas III Kagawad
ELENA R. MORENO shall receive no honorarium for the three (3) months that
she is on leave of absence, since the basis of honoraria for the Members of the
Sangguniang Barangay is attendance in regular sessions.
