D. Introduction Slide

are the most stressed out when compared to millennials. Every generation has gone through different
scenarios, but Generation Z is currently dealing with an overload of social media platforms, pandemics,

and an impending recession. The workplace is changing dramatically as a result of generational shifts, and
businesses are adapting to attract new talent to address pressing issues. This generation exemplifies
creativity and a desire to do what is best for themselves. They understand how to use social media as a
source of revenue and have begun to capitalize on opportunities that arise. They are introducing new
trends that millennials have never seen before, such as a strong desire for a career in gaming.
This generation can now be expected to deliver the unexpected.
E. Middle Content
As workers, millennials are now driving the changes that are happening in the workplace. Because of how
much they depend on technology, they are one of the first generations to be "always" working, since they
can get to work from anywhere. They believe in working hard, like traditionalists, and in having a good
balance between work and life, like Gen X.
Most people in Gen Z will enter the workforce with relevant experience, having graduated with honors
and been involved in several community groups. They are eager and driven. Members of Gen Z have
already shown that they will look for their dream jobs and won't stop until they get them.
Gen Z is the group of people who have never known a world without technological progress. Even the
oldest Gen Z kids, who are now 20 to 25 years old, have never known a world without the internet.
Because of this, kids today are very aware of everything going on around them and are better able to learn
about things on their own and form their own opinions. And here are a few reasons why we think they're
the coolest generation.
F. Conclusion
Gen Z is the most internet-dependent generation because they were brought up in a technological
environment. These "digital natives" are redefining technology and exerting their influence on how people
of all ages utilize various forms of technology.
Gen Z has shown us that the sky is the limit for technology, demonstrating this through the rise of e-
commerce as well as the creation of musicals on social media platforms (for example: The TikTok
Musical). If to talk about the Perspective in the workplace has been altered by Generation Z's mentality
shift. In an effort to attract and retain individuals of Generation Z, the company offers promotional
chances and reduces workloads. They are taking an unorthodox approach to workplace stress. Gen Z is a
youthful generation that is new to the workforce and society. However, it is safe to conclude that there is a
lot of potential in this group of young people.
With their technological savvy, adaptability, and acceptance of change, Generation Z has a bright future
ahead of them
