2022 HR Calendar
2022 HR Calendar
Introduction
After a challenging 18 months, not much hasn’t changed about the way we
work. Companies had to navigate reopening policies, hybrid work, turnover,
and an unprecedented demand for talent. Why can’t HR teams have a
predictable new year for once?
While you can’t see the future, you can plan for it. In this calendar, we’ll
highlight important dates for HR professionals to have on their radar, from
meaningful DEIB holidays like Juneteenth to lighthearted workplace
celebrations like Trivia Day. And because we know your job description likely
extends to compliance as well, we’ve included bank holidays and reporting
deadlines, too.
Lastly, you’ll find helpful People strategy tips for every month. Some are
complemented by data-driven insights from the Lattice Advisory Services
(LAS) team, a group of HR experts that advise our clients on best practices,
industry benchmarks, and more.
