MODULE DESCRIPTOR : This unit covers the knowledge, skills and attitudes
required to apply problem-solving techniques to
determine the origin of problems and plan for their
resolution. It also includes addressing procedural
problems through documentation, and referral.

NOMINAL DURATION : 3 hours
