PM Motor

The flat and compact interior permanent magnet motor (IPM) offers high rotation torque, high efficiency,
and energy savings. It utilizes a belt to transmit motor torque and has precise, closed loop control of
position and speed. Also included are a synchronous car door interlock and magnetic encoder. Supply
voltage is 200 to 250V with a frequency of 50 to 60 Hz.

Controller

The door controller has advanced features including the latest motor control processor and DSP for fast
operation speed and strong processing ability. This lays a solid foundation for high performance motor
control operation and logic processing. The new IPM is used to achieve reliable and efficient power
conversion. The new milliohm resistor, coupled with optocoupler, isolates current sampling with high
accuracy, lower temperature drift and high current driving. The controller has a small volume, high
accuracy, output torque with high efficiency for speed feedback and position tracking. The vector control
method is not only comparable to the DC motor in the same speed range but can also control the output
torque of the synchronous motor more precisely. Light curtain connections are included.
