Jidovii are described in Romanian legends as
kind and patient, walking with huge steps from one
hill to another. In the Carpathians, Jidovii are often
named Blajini, which means the Kind Ones, or
Novaci, which means the Powerful Ones as they
could snatch a tree without any effort. They lived
in caves and thick woods, enjoyed talking and
respected the little humans, which they considered
their successors, the next owners of all the rivers
and mountains.
Jidovii sunt descriși în legendele românești ca
fiind buni și răbdători, mergând cu pași uriași de
pe un deal pe altul. În Carpați, Jidovii sunt numiți
adesea Blajini, ceea ce înseamnă "cei buni", sau
"novaci", ceea ce înseamnă cei puternici,
deoarece puteau smulge un copac fără niciun

The three brothers
and the golden Apple
Family with three sons who had a magical apple
tree which gives birth to one golden apple per year, an
apple that is stolen by the lamq, three headed green
scaled basilisk. The family decided that every year
they are going to send one of their sons to protect the
golden apple. Starting with the oldest son who fell
asleep while protecting it. The second son also fell
asleep on his turn. There comes the youngest one
who hid himself in the crown of the tree and did not
divert his attention even for a moment, so when the
basilisk came he was able to kill it and protect the
apple, thanks to his strive.

ябълково дърво, което раждало по една златна
ябълка годишно, която ябълка бива открадната от
ламята, триглавият зелено-люспест змей.
Семейството решило всяка година да праща един
от синовете в опит да опази златната ябълка,
започвайки от най-големия, който заспал,
опитвайки да остане буден, средния също заспал
на неговия ред. Идва реда на малкия син, който се
скрил в клоните на дървото и не отклонил нито за
миг вниманието си и когато ламята дошла,малкия

The Queen of
Serpents
The Queen of Serpents, Half-human, Half-snake,

"Divide me into three parts, to the sultan to heal my
head, to the vizier to make my body die, and to eat my
tail. The king recovered, the vizier died, and Cemşab
was equipped with all the knowledge in the field of
medicine and became a Lokman Physician."

yeraltında yaşarmış. Çemşab Yeraltına atılır ve bir
