LIVING TO CHANGE

Monday. 26 December of the 2022

A year and a half ago, I used to eat too


much and was fat.

I was really out of shape and didn't feel


very good about myself, so I decided

to make a change At first, I stopped


eating chips and drinking cola which
was very difficult. But then I started
eating sweets. I was getting heavier and
not doing any exercise, I'm about 1,58"
and my weight went up to 155 lbs. So
after that, I decided that I needed to
start loving myself and losing weight.
When I was in college, I wanted to
enjoy that stage, so I thought it would
be an easy way to get fit. At first I could
only jog for 20 minutes then I had to
walk, it was terrible. So that's how I
started walking, and every day I would
make the walk a little longer. After a while I started to feel in better shape

and that's when I started jogging more often

and going to the gym But then one day at

work carrying a box I fell and broke my foot

and had to stop going to the gym


When I started again, it was very difficult than

I thought.
I discovered that I had lost the technique. In

the end, I went back to go more often and fit

in. I have lost almost 30 pounds and now

weigh only 125 pounds. I feel much better and

plan to participate in bodybuilding in 3 years.

The best of all is that I stop the bad habit of

eating fried foods and things with sugars.
