eating chips and drinking cola which was very difficult. But then I started eating sweets. I was getting heavier and not doing any exercise, I'm about 1,58" and my weight went up to 155 lbs. So after that, I decided that I needed to start loving myself and losing weight. When I was in college, I wanted to enjoy that stage, so I thought it would be an easy way to get fit. At first I could only jog for 20 minutes then I had to walk, it was terrible. So that's how I started walking, and every day I would make the walk a little longer. After a while I started to feel in better shape
and that's when I started jogging more often
and going to the gym But then one day at
work carrying a box I fell and broke my foot
and had to stop going to the gym
When I started again, it was very difficult than
I thought. I discovered that I had lost the technique. In
