Heritage Mansion, once the Muller family's two-story residence, located along the road of Abanao Extension, is now a

commercial hotel-restaurant building. The building was built in 1934, manifesting Colonial Revival Style (Matias 2010).
However, the current structure looks overly renovated. The structure is washed with Winter Morning color. Its roof is gabled
with six (6) dormers – three (3) on each side. The top is made of corrugated sheets painted green. The modest portico with
columns is now enclosed with added windows and massive twin columns (60 cm x 60 cm) along the front façade. Twenty fully
appointed rooms reflect simpe elegance and grandeur without ostentation, from their wide plank flooring of hardwood Narra
to the elaborate cornices and architectural moldings (Matias 2010). The building was then renovated into its current design.

Nonetheless, part of the building near the Metrobank where the Heritage Buffet used to stand, is now a Starbucks.
The main entrance can be seen at the third block, as seen on the picture 1. Another entrance is also located near the main
entrance of the hotel, see picture 2.

Inside the Starbucks Café, the room has an estimated area of 213 sqm. The interior is fully furnished with tiles
and rough finished concrete wall. The materials are ceramic and porcelain tiles, wood, and concrete finished. The walls
on the rear part, starting from the counter unto the comfort room are finished with ceramic tiles, a 5cm x 20cm glossy
finished ceramic tiles. While on the area of the main entrance is finished with rough concrete with a brick like design. On
the right side from the main entrance going to the other entry, the walls are furnished with wood on the left side while
on the right side is the old wall window.
 The material used on the floor is a 30cm x 60cm matted gray porcelain tile. On the other hand, the wall of the
couch area is decorated with green painted leaf surrounding a embedded wood flower. On its ceiling is a food plank
possible 1m width and starting from the end of the wood ceiling above the couch is a cathedral like ceiling finished with
plain white paint. Dividing the counter, is a decorative wood panel. Furthermore, on the room near the other door has a
ceiling height of 2.70m. the ceiling a plain white finished.
