Audit Scope: Over all activities of the Branch performed from October 30, 2021
to January 14, 2023
Audit objectives:
The objective of this audit is to ensure whether the branch’s all activities are
performed in line with the required policies and procedures of the bank, NBE
directives and other pertinent laws and regulations, financial information of
the branch are accurate and reliable, assets are safeguarded, risks are
managed and controls are adequate.
Audit criteria

bank’s policies, procedure and NBE relevant directives and top management
resolutions that direct the day to day activities of the branch will be used as
criteria.

In making the risk assessments, we consider internal control relevant to the branch’s
operation in order to design audit procedures that are appropriate in the circumstances,
but not for the purpose of expressing an assurance on the effectiveness of the entity’s
internal control. However, we will communicate to you in writing concerning any
significant deficiencies in internal control relevant to the audit of the financial
statements that we have identified during the audit.
