NATCCO EDUCATION & TRAINING

The training unit builds and enhances the competencies of leaders and
employees of Cooperatives. We provide competency-based training for
the Board of Directors, CEOs and Managers, and employees. We also
provide compliance seminars as mandated by Cooperative Development
Authority. The training unit also assists cooperatives in coming up with
their manual of operations.

PROFESSIONALIZATION PROGRAM

The program of ACCU and NATCCO on the professionalization of

cooperatives. It is a series of training to professionalize the
operation of cooperatives in the Philippines by providing manuals--
a compilation of best practices all over Asia. The program also aims
to review the present policy manuals of savings and credit
cooperatives. Further, the training will provide an opportunity to
learn the application of management tools developed by the ACCU.
