 Group 2: DxH 800 Hematology Analyzer

Directions

1. Try to include all important points related to the topic

2. You are expected to prepare document with hand writing on plain paper
3. The whole document should not more than 15 to 20 pages
4. You are expected to submit your assignment to instructor office or team leader until Jan
1,2023 and assignment coming after the specified period will not evaluated
5. Your assignment will be evaluated from 15 to 20 points
6. You will prepare power point and assign presenter just ahead of the time and all the
students must get prepared to respond any question during the presentation time.
7. First contact the hospital lab team leader and staff working at hematology or clinical
chemistry site with polite and respectful manner and then
8. Ask them to show you
 How the instrument start
 How to do calibration, control and interpret it
 How run patient sample, data entry, sample and reagent placement
 How to do routine maintenance, troubleshooting and so fourth
 How to do shut down process
9. Go to online to search the user manual of the instruments or take from the site if they
have in soft copy
10. Then prepare a hand written document, starting from detailed description of the
instrument and then include all points mentioned on number “8
