1、Precautions for users

Before using the product, read the User Manual carefully to check whether the power switch is

damaged due to handling, the thread head is loose, and the brake lever is flexible. If it is not ideal after

self treatment, please contact the dealer in time.

Please abide by the mechanical operation procedures and rules, do not operate after drinking, work

with excessive fatigue or taking sleeping pills and other mentally ill persons, and do not work with hand

socks or without operation certificate. To ensure safety.

The motor of the product is 4-pole 0.75KW, 50HZ (unless specially customized by the user, the user can

add under voltage and overload current circuit protection motor devices if necessary.

Do not modify the rotational speed of this product or process products beyond the performance range

of this machine, otherwise adverse consequences may occur

For the sake of safety, remember to turn off the power switch and the main power switch after work to

avoid power waste caused by motor operation under low noise.

4、Installation and use

The machine should be placed in a well ventilated place with a flat ground. First

connect the double insulated wire to the button switch, then connect the motor switch (the

knife switch can also be used), close the power switch, remove the right side screen door at

the bottom of the machine, and watch the motor rotate. It is correct if the driving wheel

rotates clockwise, otherwise, replace it in the power line

Two are OK.

 When starting up, put the machine in the best position to achieve stable static

operation. You can pad thin glue or paper blocks on the base bottom.

After the position is adjusted, please protect the power line with wire tube or wire slot

to prevent the broken circuit caused by the falling of sundries during work.

Before using the machine, drop lubricant on the top of the saw blade holder, and adjust the

tightness of the saw blade and the reverse tension of the pressure spring until the cam at

the front end of the handle makes no noise. When the elasticity is reasonable, the noise can

be eliminated by adjusting the length of the clamping saw blade. The elasticity increases

when the handwheel rotates clockwise, and decreases when the handwheel rotates

clockwise.

When installing the saw blade, the hook teeth shall be downward, and (1-2) teeth of the

three inverted teeth shall be exposed to the table surface for bottom application (when

sawing hard wood, the inverted hook teeth need not be exposed to the table surface).

Supplement: The number of teeth in the saw blade is 1 cm long. Generally, the saw blade

with a higher number of teeth is used for hard materials, and the customer can choose it

according to the use situation.

With circular saw blade (with teeth around the circumference), the workpiece does not

need to be turned (generally only used for foam plate)

When sawing the plastic board, when the thickness is large (or the melting point of the

material is low), the water can drip on the sawing side, and the pulling of the surimi is more

smooth.

The small space of the workpiece can be polished by winding the yarn cloth on the saw

blade.

Only when the saw blade is in motion can the workpiece be operated for sawing, especially
when the steering is suspended, the saw blade shall be operated first and the workpiece

shall be pushed for sawing.

When the material is hard, it should be slow when turning the saw to ensure that the upper

and lower dimensions of the workpiece are consistent. At the same time, it should be noted

that when the workpiece is paused and started, the serrated bar clamped in the material

will be taken away from the workbench due to the workpiece clamping the saw blade when

turning. When the workpiece is pulled down again, the workpiece can snap the finger, so

special care should be taken.

When sawing small craft, it is required to use a small saw blade, at the same time, use wood

or plastic to plug the face sawtooth hole and drill a small hole. (approx. 10 mm diameter)

When a new saw blade is installed and used, as usual, it is found that the thrust is not

consistent with the direction of the saw path (running sideways). It may be that the size of

the two sides of the new saw blade is different or one side is sharp and the other side is

blunt. A new saw blade should be replaced for better work. The thickness and density of the

saw material with reasonable saw blade tension can make the internal bearing of the

machine more durable.

5、 Maintenance instructions

1. Do not give the machine to personnel without mechanical maintenance experience for

maintenance and repair.

2. Remember to drop lubricating oil once when going to work at the movable place of saw

blade holder.

3. When the mechanical noise is found to be excessive, check whether the fasteners are

loose and whether the bearing is worn beyond the usable range. If the noise is found to

come from the gap between the worn bearings, replace the bearings in time.
4. When replacing the bearing, follow the steps below:

A. Turn off the power, put the back of the machine down, blow out the dust with the dust

gun, and remove the large and small doors.

B. Rotate anticlockwise to loosen the M12 linkage bolt between the connecting rod and the

eccentric wheel, and then gradually unscrew the bolts of each component, and make a

record. The number of shims between the two connecting rods and the bearing, the

direction of the two saw arms and the I-shaped fork frame shall be marked by comparison,

and they shall not be replaced up and down, so that they will have the same effect as the

new machine after reassembly

C. The four linkage bearing pedestals can be interchanged, and the lower saw arm support

pedestal should be installed on the spot

D. If the cam (at the front end of the handle, the lower end and the M8 bolt interface of the

saw blade are seriously worn, and the tension of the saw blade is insufficient, repair

welding is required. The arc degree is R=38 -: the M8 bolt at the lower end of the wheel is

worn, remove the compression spring and the screw at its center, and lower the anti

compression shaft to replace the screw.

E. When it is difficult to take out 2 sets of bearings of the main shaft; The size of the stopper

can be used to plug the shaft inner sleeve or outer sleeve for spot welding, and then knock

it out.

F. When reassembling the machine, tighten each nut, especially the linkage M12 bolt

between the connecting rod and the eccentric, and put the bolt into the spring washer first

and then into the inner sleeve of the bearing ---- the inner tooth hole of the eccentric wheel.

(Note: the distance between the bearing and eccentric is 1-2mm

G. After reassembly, power on and test the machine. If there is no abnormality, erect the
machine and install the clamping seat, and use a ruler or right angle triangle to calibrate the

plane perpendicularity.

H. After one and a half years, lithium base lubricant shall be added to the bearing of the

motor to fill the space of the bearing room. The motor shall be kept ventilated for heat

dissipation.

5. When the machine is not used for a long time, the table top shall be coated with

lubricating oil for rust prevention.

6. The bearing shall not be dripped with lubricating oil to prevent the diluted lithium oil

from flowing out and accelerating the service life of the bearing.

7. The bearings used for this machine are dust-proof rubber sealed bearings with good

material hardness, including 10 sets of 6200, 4 sets of 6000, 1 set of 6300 and 6301

respectively, and 2 sets of 6205. (Before 2014, the old model was used to repair parameter

bearings)

8. After the improvement in the transition period, each assembled bearing is 6200 8 sets,

6300 7 sets, 6000 4 sets, 6301 1 sets, 6205 2 sets.

6、 After sales service

1. The motor is guaranteed for years.

. 2 Both the bearing and saw blade clamp are wearing parts. Please contact the seller when

the wire clamp seat needs to be replaced.

7、 User specific configuration instructions

The power of the small power motor (also known as fractional horsepower motor) that is

conventionally assembled for this product is 0.75kw. Users have new demands, and can

install 0.55kw, 1.1kw, 0.55kw, 0.75kw and 1.1kw for a single camera. The speed can be
accelerated or slowed down. Please consult the dealer for details.

8、 Warm service

9、 Handling and others

After the machine purchased by the user at the dealer is loaded into the vehicle, the user

should use bandages to tighten the body, without fixing the upper and lower arms or

deforming or shifting. If the machine feet are uneven, paper or wood should be padded first.

If there is no forklift, the machine body can be leveled, and the machine can be moved

down or lifted by means of battens or ropes. Pay attention to safety, and let the machinery

fall to the ground heavily, which may cause damage.
