1 OPENING ADDRESS

1.1 The chairperson expressed her gratitude to all members present.

1.2 The chairperson requested every teacher to guide her regarding the English Panel
matters as she is new to this post.

2 Postmortem on previous programme

2.1. Puan Siti Aminah elaborate a bit on the Posmortem for the Engliah Panel
Programme 2020 had undergo abit changes due to the pandemic covid19.
2.2. Posmortem on the final exam was unable to be done because the exam
was cancelled.

3 AGENDA
. 3.1.0. Perekodan PBD for level 1 has to be carried out as scheduled.
3.1.1. Teachers are advised to keep the transit form and key in the data after

4. 4.1.0 The English Panel programme will continue with the programme that is suitable to
be carry out during the Movement Control Order.
4.1.1. Level 1 will be given a wordwall quizz and to be completed online.
4.1.2. Level 2 will be suggested to record a video showing their talent and post it online.
4.1.3. The winner will receive their prize through delivery method or drive through.

5. Lesson plan
5.1.0 The Chairperson emphasized on the use of standard lesson note for all teachers.
5.1.1. The representative teacher should provide a standard sample to be use by all
teacher.

6. Yearly Budget ( RM 1997.00)

This estimated budget will be use to purchase teaching aids that are going to be use for
the year 2021 and also for the English Panel programme especially the English Month.

7. 7.1Exercise books

7.1.1 The Panel decided on using 3 books for level 2 and 2 exercise books for level 1.

7.1.2 The Panel have decided to label the exercise book; English 1 , 2 and 3. The
details are as follow:

LEVEL BOOKS
Level 1 ( Year 1, 2 and 3) English 1 and English 2.
Level 2 ( Year 4, 5 and 6) English 1, English 2 and writing book.

8 8.1 Strategic Planning and Operatinal and tactical Planning.

8.1.1 The panel should list out the problem faced by pupils and teachers.
8.1.2 The panel also has to plan a few suitable program to overcome the problem.
8.1.3 The strategic planning will continue as it had been renewed last year.

9. Arising Issues
9.1.1 En. Syafik suggested that all English teachers share the online teaching material
like the quizizz and word wall excercise for the pdpr session
