With reference to your application dated 7"° September, 2020, for the renewal of Voluntary Certification Marks Licence, the undersigned is pleased to renew your licence No.CSDCI/L-216/2018(R), for your product POLYETHYLENE FOOD STUFF STORAGE DRUMS (FOOD GRADE) “ALKA” BRAND WITH 10 NOS. OF SIZES / CAPACITY (AS PER_ANNEXURE-A) FOR THE USE OF PS MARK, for a period from 11” September, 2020 to 10” September, 2022, with the advice to pay particular attention towards the quality of your product and ensure the availability and utilization of all the testing facilities strictly according to the relevant Pakistan Standard in the unit laboratory. Hence during the validity of this licence you are required to enforce the quality control measures strictly to the satisfaction of SDC/PSQCA. You are also required to maintain its permanent test records, which may be examined by our Field Officer during the periodical inspections. For the renewal of this licence, you are required to apply at least one month before its expiry date. Approved Pakistan Standard Mark is also enclosed herewith, with the request that a suitable size of standard mark may be used for marking on the body of the above product, which strictly conform to PS: ASTM D-5998-2016(R), in all respects, With a view to assess the marking fee you are required to send one copy of the sales tax return to this office also which is being sent to taxation department. From page - 1 During the validity of this licence, the unit shall be obliged to undertake advertising in electronic / print media / Bill board or other means of display to apply the PS Conformance Mark in close proximity of his Trade Mark, if any, and shall make the former distinctly visible for an identification of a certified material from uncertified material, provided that each material so marked by him conforms to the relevant standard. In case of non compliance of the same the licence so granted / renewed may be cancelled / withdrawn.
