1. Manufacturing Problem atau sering di sebut dengan Q-Mf Problem,


QCD Responsibility, adapun contoh dari manufacturing problem adalah;

a. Dimention : bentuk part atau ukuran part tidak sesuai standar.


b. Function : fungsi kerja dari part tidak sesuai dengan standar.
2. Logistic Problem atau sering di sebut dengan Q-Lc Problem, PBOD Responsibility
adapun contoh dari logistic problem adalah;

a. Shortage : jumlah/kuantitas part yang diorder/diminta kurang.


b. Surplus : jumlah/kuantitas part yang diorder/diminta lebih.
c. Wrong part : barang yang diorder/diminta tidak sama/beda.
d. Mix part : barang yang diorder/diminta campur.
e. Karat : part/barang merupakan hasil korosi yang disebabkan berbagai zat dari
