AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, FARID SUFFIAN BIN AHMAD KAMAL (NRIC. NO: 800202-02-2221), a Malaysian of full age

and residing at No 45, Jalan Mahkota, Bandar Permaisuri Cheras 53100, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, do

solemnly and sincerely affirm and declare as follows: -

1. I am an advocate and solicitor from the firm Ashgar, Suffian & Aslah Partners, situated at

D-1-3, Menara 1 Dutamas, 1, Jln Dutamas 1, Solaris Dutamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Federal

Territory of Kuala Lumpur.

2. That all the facts deposed to herein are true based on personal knowledge and / or

records to which I have access, unless otherwise stated.

3. I have been instructed to attend the service of the Writ of Summon dated on 16th of November

2022 and the Statement of Claim dated 8th of December 2022.

4. I, on the 9th of December 2022, approximately at 10 a.m. have personally delivered and served

the sealed copy of Writ of Summon dated 16th November 2022 and Statement of Claim dated 8th

of December 2022 to Pavitar Singh a/l Manjeet Singh, which is the first Defendant, at No. 7,

Jalan Setiamurni 8, Bukit Damansara, 50490, Kuala Lumpur. A copy of the acknowledged letter

is attached herewith. A copy of the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim which receipt

had been duly acknowledged by the Defendant together with our letter dated 9th December is

hereby attached and exhibited as "FS-1".

5. 1 have also on the 9th of December 2022, approximately at 10 a.m. have personally delivered and

served the sealed copy of Writ of Summon dated 16th November 2022 and Statement of Claim

dated 8th of December 2022 to Irfan Danial Bin Harith, which is the second Defendant, at No. 10,

Jalan Setiamurni 2, Bukit Damansara, 50490, Kuala Lumpur. A copy of the Writ of Summons

and Statement of Claim which receipt had been duly acknowledged by the Defendant together

with our letter dated 9th December is hereby attached and exhibited as "FS-2".

6. At the time of service, the said Writ of Summons and the Statement of Claim were served

pursuant to the method and form prescribed by the Rules of Court 2012.

7. I have on the 16th of November 2022 endorsed at the back of the said Writ of Summons, the day

of the month and week for the said service.

 8. Therefore, I verily believe that the said Writ of Summons and the Statement of Claim had been

properly served to the Defendants in this action.
