    Resignation Letter

    December 26, 2022

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to inform that I will be resigning as General Practitioner, because I want to pursue
    further studies to improve my knowledge and skills. The last day of my contract will be at
    December 31, 2022.

    I would like to thank you for having me as part of your team. I really learn a lot of experience. I
    am also proud to have worked for Dabo Singkep Regional General Hospital and contributed in
    Hospital Accreditation event.

    I have been fortunate to have been a part of Dabo Singkep Regional General Hospital. Please
    acknowledge this letter of resignation and know that I will do my best to ensure that all of my
    task are completed and ensure a smooth transition.

    This was not an easy decision to make, on my part. I apologize for my behavior and all the deeds
    that I did. Thank you for the supports and opportunities you have provided me during my time in
    here. I wish you all much success.
