PINCODE) have been registered as an Authorized person of Profitmart Securities Pvt Ltd (
PSPL ) bearing Authorized Person Code (----) limited for equity, currency, commodity broking
and Demat services. I hereby undertake that

1) I/We am not taking deposits in my personal bank account from any of my clients.
2) I/We am not involved and indulged in giving assured/guaranteed/ fixed returns or profit
sharing to anyone.
3) I/We am not selling any unauthorised portfolio services .
4) I/We am not indulged in any illegal trade & business practices .
5) I/We will not use my registered AP office for any other business activity.
6) I/We will not misuse PSPL’s logo or name for any unlawful/illegal activity.
7) I/We will strictly abide by all regulatory requirements laid down by SEBI and exchanges .
8) The clients registered under the above code trade in their accounts with their own will.
9) I/We DO NOT trade in clients’ accounts using their individual trading id and passwords.
10) I/We DO NOT give or sell trading/tips to any of my clients without proper regulatory
registrations & approvals.

I/We hereby declare that if any compliance, legal issues or any trading disputes arise in
these client's accounts introduced by me , or if I/We are found doing any of the above or
any illegal activities , it will be solely my responsibility and Profitmart Securities Pvt Ltd will
not be responsible for the same. In case of any disputes in accounts opened under this code
or any legal cases arise, they will be solely settled by and resolved by me. I/We hereby also
declare that none of my client is having any assured return/ guaranteed/ fixed returns or
profit sharing arrangement with me.

Even after this undertaking, if I/We am found doing any such illegal or unlawful activities
PSPL may take strict legal action against me or under sections deemed fit in court of law
