2 Details of Charges Related to Pre & Post Supply Connection
Generally, there are 3 main charges required during pre supply connection
Connection Charge ▪ A connection charge is the upfront payment made by Main Component for CC

PERTIMBANGAN YANG PERLU DIULAS
TNB perlu memastikan semua Ulasan Pra-rundingan & Kebenaran Merancang diambil tindakan dan memajukan ulasan
kepada OSC PBT dalam tempoh 14 hari kalendar untuk skala kecil/sederhana, 30 hari untuk skala besar
TNB diwajibkan merujuk kepada garis panduan dan keperluan terkini yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Perumahan dan
Kerajaan Tempatan atau pekeliling dalaman TNB dari semasa ke semasa untuk mengemaskini proses dan prosedur yang
berkaitan dengan Ulasan Pra-rundingan & Kebenaran Merancang.
Keperluan peruntukan infrastruktur dalam rancangan pembangunan mesti disemak dan diulas oleh Perancang Sistem untuk
membolehkan TNB menyediakan kapasiti yang mencukupi untuk menyokong jumlah anggaran permintaan pembangunan.

Keperluan ini tidak akan memberi kesan kepada saiz tanah, serahan tanah dan susunatur bangunan yang perlu diberi kelulusan
melalui proses Kebenaran Merancang oleh PBT.
Koordinasi untuk memuktamadkan keperluan ini akan diuruskan oleh PTS, Perancang Sistem, Mega Development, atau Grid DSM

Dalam keadaan tertentu, pemohon tidak menyatakan tahap voltan yang ingin diambil bagi pembangunan berbilang
bangunan dan pembangunan berbilang fasa. Maklumat ini hanya diperolehi dalam perincian pelan susunatur, tajuk

3. Adakah permohonan menaiktaraf bekalan perlukan KM?


Tidak. KM hanya diperlukan untuk pendirian bangunan baru dan perubahan ruang lantai. Sekiranya ada
PBT yang memerlukan, keperluan PBT adalah dihormati dan diproses apabila diterima

4. Bagaimana sekiranya permohonan naiktaraf tersebut perlukan pencawang baharu?


Keperluan pencawang baru perlu diulas dalam ulasan teknikal ketika permohonan bekalan elektrik
(kembali kepada definisi KM). Walau bagaimanapun pemohon perlu majukan pra-rundingan kepada PTS
untuk penyelarasan keperluan pencawang elektrik
