    The TDA-V series direct drive vane axial fan features straightening vanes that reduce turbulence and provide high performance and low sound levels for commercial and industrial applications requiring large air volumes at moderate to high pressures. The double flanged casing is made of mild or galvanized steel, and the adjustable pitch blade impeller is made of PPG, PAG, or aluminum. Motors are totally enclosed and fan cooled with protection levels up to IP54, and can be supplied with different starting types depending on power. Airflow can be configured to flow from the impeller to the motor or vice versa.

    Features
    For commercial and industrial applications where large volumes of air are required at moderate to high pressure,
    special designed integral straightening vanes, reduced turbulence, provide high performance and low sound level.

    Construction
    Double flanged casing is produced in mild steel or galvanised Steel, the impeller having manually adjustable pitch blades is made of
    PPG, PAG or Aluminum.

    Finish
    Available in standard finishes of galvanisation or painting.

    Operating Temperature
    -20C to +55C

    Motors
    Total Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC), Class “F”, IP54 protection. Standard motors up to 2.2kW are supplied with DOL starting. Motors
    3.0kW and above are with star/delta starting. Motors of other specification are available upon request.

    Airflow Direction
    Air flowing from impeller to motor is fitted as standard. Air flow from motor to impeller can be supplied upon request.
