There should be no acronym (HSAH) in the
title. Also, Malaysia should be mentioned in
the title.

Abstract X Researchers should examine using "rate" or

"proportion" when referring to undertriage. In
the abstract, "proportion" was employed,
although "rate" was used in the research
methodology. It should be consistency.

Introduction X Last sentence of the first paragraph should be

supported by a reference.

Researchers should review more literatures

on factors influencing/predicting the
undertriage. Why the patients’ characteristics,
environmental factors, and staff factors were
considered in this study.

Researchers should describe the emergency

medical care systems in Malaysia.

Researchers should describe about the

Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim and provide the
rational why this hospital was selected for
this study.

Methodology X Researchers present the alphabet in Table 1

(a, b, c, d,). In addition, the researcher should
