0 ACTION PLAN

In a business, the action plan is an important step. This is due to the fact that the action
plan allows the company's goals and strategies to be applied and achieved. An action plan is a
list of the activities or tasks you must perform in order to meet the objectives we've
established. It is an important aspect of the strategic planning process and aids in
collaboration planning.

An action plan is a document that lists out the steps you'll need to take to reach your
objective. It also divides the procedure into manageable tasks based on a schedule. By
providing a timeframe and a start and finish date for each stage in the process, a solid action
plan will define all of the essential procedures to attain your objective and assist you in
reaching your target effectively.

As a result, it is important for our organization to have its own action plan each year to
guarantee that all of our objectives are met within a reasonable time frame. In response to the
survey findings of "Case Examples by Convenience Store Chain Affiliates" performed by the
Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry, Lawson, Inc. (Lawson) has developed an action
plan to assist and strengthen partnerships with convenience store franchise locations. The
following is a summary of the action plan.
