Dear Employees ,

I am writing to inform you that, unfortunately, this year we will not be able to offer the
holiday bonus that has been a tradition at Azadea for the past five years.

As you are aware, the past year has been difficult for the economy, and our company has
been affected as well. Sales of fitness equipment have declined by about 15% from last year.
While we have always valued the hard work and dedication of our employees, the current
economic situation has made it impossible for us to offer the holiday bonus this year.

I understand that this news may be disappointing, and I apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause. However, I want to assure you that we are committed to continuing to provide a
supportive and positive work environment for all of our employees.

Looking ahead, we are hopeful that the economy will continue to recover and that sales will
improve. If our projections are accurate, we hope to be able to offer the holiday bonus again
next year. However, we cannot make any promises at this time.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to each and every one of you for your hard work and
dedication to our company. I know that together, we will get through this difficult period
and come out stronger on the other side.
