Hi,

I am not interested in purchasing a separate power supply.

When I bought the item, I thought it came with a power supply, and the picture of the strimmer and the
documentation that came with the strimmer all referred to how to use the power supply and how to fit it.

I find it very strange, that a product that does not contain a power supply, would have images of the
power supply attached to the strimmer, along with instructions on how to use the power supply.

The cost of the strimmer plus having to pay separately for a battery and charger, is more expensive than
other models I have sourced, that come with a battery and charger - no need to purchase them separately.

I wish to return the item, its too expensive.

I have already sourced another strimmer, that has the same attachments, performs the same operations,
and comes with 2 batteries and a charger for £103 from Amazon.  What I am being offered here is a
strimmer, charger and 1 battery for £120.

Returning an item to get a refund should not be this difficult.  I have been asking to return this item and be
refunded since the 5th July.

Thank you for the quick response.  I can't use the item in its current
state, with no power supply. I didn't realise at the time of purchase
it didn't come with a battery.
