HAVİNG A GOOD HEALTHY LİFE

I don’t think a balanced diet is the most important key to a healthy key. There are several
causes to have a good healthy life. They are connected with each other like puzzles. Some
causses are very important than others. Firstly ; as a individuals we always look for good job
which has a good salary. So, we can be happy. individuals arrange their future goals work for
big companies. They work fort o achieve their goals. This attitude depends on Maslow
Hierarchy variables. Maslow said “Individuals needs contribute to five topics. These are ;
psychological, safety, belonging and love, esteem, cognitive, aesthetic.” So, many people
imagine themselves work for big companies around the world When individuals can achieve
that Maslow Hierarchy topics they physical and mental health will much better. Secondly,
balanced diet also good behaviour for individuals. However sometimes individuals manage
their life all about diet program. In addition they waste their time calculating calories. They
forgot other important issues. These are, looking for children, make money, or educating
themselves. It is also bad behaviour acting like that. Health isn’t depend on one component.
As a person when we waste time our families, friends so we can feel like safe, happy and
enjoyable life. In short, health definitely most important issue for the humans. Diet just help
fort o us. As individuals our aims should be reach Maslow Hierarchy topics. Also, we have to
manage time to other Daily-life issues.
