Governments have big responsibilities in the society. They can build every structure around their
country. Building parks in each every neighbourhood doesn’t reasonable option for the governments.
There are some reasons for that. Firstly, governments thinks economical situation. So they update or
develop their country. They can invest critical issues for describing future for country. For instance;
real-estate , education , science or software. Secondly , any government around the world give more
attention to elections. Therefore, public expensive generally use for public satisfaction. For instance;
increasing wages or decreasing tax rates. When they build parks each every neighbourhood they will
lose their votes. So, governments or presidents won’t waste their effort. Society satisfaction depends
on; tax rates, wages , life-standarts , education or power of currency , governments use their effort
these kind of areas. Important areas for the election. In short, governments always have big
responsibilities which are gaining votes from the society or develop their economic situation. They
wouldn’t use their effort these type of silly ideas or plans. They have to manage their country.
