Rectifier History Please download history records from rectifier module. If test person is not on site, don’t need
Alarm to provide the rectifier history alarms temporarily.

1. If the li-ion battery pack keeps alarming, then please check below 1.1-1.3 information for faulty diagnostic.

1.1 BMS History Please login the BMS system of the alarming batteries and export the history records.
alarm logs Click the info and select the Record, click Display and export the records.

Please login the BMS system of the alarming batteries and find the Parameter interface and
make a screenshot.
Click the PARAM item, and read the parameters and take screenshots for all parameters.

1.3 BMS Real Please login the BMS system of the alarming batteries and find the Info-SinglePack interface
Time Info and then make a screenshot.
If find the individual cell voltage low, please open battery pack and check the actual cell voltage
with volt-meter, if the measured voltage is same with monitoring voltage, then feedback to us
the information for suggestion. If the measured voltage was different with monitoring voltage,
then please check the connection of monitoring wire whether properly installed/broken or not?
If so please feedback pictures of this phenomenon for assistance.
Login the BMS system, Click the INFO item and select Singlepack and make screenshots for this

2. If Li-ion Battery Pack couldn’t be restarted, BMS module is powering off.

2.1.1 If the lithium battery pack couldn’t be turned on normally, please open the front panel of
battery pack, measuring the cells total voltage directly.

2.1.1.1 If the total voltage is lower than 40.5V, further to confirm the actual individual cell
voltage.

2.1.1.1.1 If individual cell voltage have no obvious difference(generally, the voltage difference
not larger than 300mV), please charge the cell group directly bypassing the BMS
model with constant voltage 45V and limited current 0.1C 10 or 0.05C10 for around
5mins(according to the precision of your charger equipment) until the cell group
voltage reach up to 45V and could keep at around 45V steadily, then reconnect the
BMS module with cell group +/- terminals, the BMS is supposed to be restarted after
the cell group voltage be elevated. If the BMS could not restarted, then the BMS
might be faulty, please provide all above needful test evidence to us for warranty
claim.

2.1.1.1.2 If the individual cell voltage have big difference, please charge the faulty cell with
3.6V and limit current 5A-100Ah, 2.5A-50Ah to recover the weak cell.

2.1.1.2 If the cell total voltage is higher than 40.5V, but the BMS could not be restarted as well,
then please unplug-plug the positive power supply of BMS board to try to restart it, if
the BMS couldn’t be restarted, then the BMS might be faulty, please provide all above
needful test evidence to us for warranty claim replacement.

2.1.2 If operating through above process, the BMS could be started normally, please log in the
BMS and export the needful data as per 1.1-1.3 procedures for root cause analysis.

3. Temperature sensor error

3.1 Log in the BMS software, and operate as per 1.3 to check the real-time info, in order to
figure out which temperature sensor get faulty.
3.2 Use the new temperature sensor to replace the faulty one, the alarm will be eliminated.
