There is a board game that’s literally called Sword & Sorcery.

But I prefer the two Conan games:
Conan by Monolith Games
Conan: Tower of the Elephant
The classic one is Barbarian Prince, which you can print & play as the original is OOP.

Unfortunately the game called Sword & Sorcery isn’t S&S at all. It’s really cheesy epic fantasy with
bad pop culture references.

Dang, I haven’t actually played it. Just going off reputation— thanks for clarifying. That’s unfortunate
that they mis—appropriated the name.

What kind of game are you looking for? PC/Console or table-top?

If it's the former, then Conan Exiles is a good choice. Available on XBox/PS4-5/PC, it's basically a
survival game set in a harsh world where everything wants to kill you. It can be played solo, online
(on a server) or co-op, and in a variety of modes.
TTRPGwise, you have:
 Conan: Adventures in an Age Undreamed Of, which allows you to play during REH's Hyborian
Age. It uses the 2D20 system, which allows for a very competent character from the get-go,
and adds quite a bit of player-choice to the general mechanics. There's a quickstart of
it here.
 Mythras, a D100-based system that has a certain amount of crunch, but with in-depth
character creation and combat options. Well-supported by a great design team, it also has a
free PDF of the basic rules right here.
 Barbarians of Lemuria, which is vastly simpler than the previous two games, but still manages
to capture a great S&S feel through its character background mechanics and sorcery
system. Easy to play and GM. There's no free option that I'm aware of, but there is a $4
PDF here. Be aware that this is for an earlier version of the game (it's the Legendary Edition,
which was followed by the Mythic Edition), but this version is still the favored one for many
gamers.

Adding to the tabletop rpg entries above, also consider:

Jaws of the Six Serpents. Light rpg that is dripping with flavor and options. I like Barbarians of
Lemuria a lot, and I like Jaws a wee bit more. It's not everyone's cuppa, but it's a quality pen and
paper rpg that's quite freeform with guidance for all the great sword & sorcery stuff (different forms of
exotic magic, dark creatures, unusual powers, grim auras, etc).
Sharp Swords & Sinister Spells is a good entry for loose, fast-playing S&S action in form resembling
D&D, or more specifically The Black Hack (really a D&D lookalike game without actually being
D&D). By This Axe I Hack is very much like Sharp Swords but more options and flavor. These are
both very lite rpg entries.
Never having played it, but another mention should be Crypts & Things. It is very much grounded in
D&D concepts, with warrior and thieves being the main available options. I think there is some
magical options too.
For really, <REALLY> light "beer & pretzels" style rpg gaming, I'd also suggest Sorcerers &
Sellswords. Fits on a double-sided sheet of paper, and based off of the popular Lasers &
Feelings game by John Harper.
These days, there are quite a few under the pen and paper rpg designation of games.
By the way, the free original form of Barbarians of Lemuria is here. It is totally playable, but different
than the more recent iterations of Legendary and Mythic editions. But, hey! It's free.

An older game for PlayStation, Mark of Kri, and its sequel, Rise of the Kasai, are third-person stealth
and combat games based on Polynesian folklore and have a very S&S vibe.

Given Elric is considered S&S, there are the various rpg's based around him (Stormbringer, Elric,
etc). The creator of Barbarians of Lemuria did an homage to Elric with Crimson Blades, and there is
also The Black Sword Hack, which is based on The Black Hack, which is based on D&D.
The author of Barbarians of Lemuria also wrote The BoL Hack, which converts Barbarians of
Lemuria to the Black Hack system, including adapting Boons & Flaws to that rules set.
The current publisher for Everywhen (the generic version of BoL) is working on the Sword & Sorcery
Codex, which will allow you to do pretty much any type of S&S setting with Everywhen (and by
extension, BoL, with a little work).
There's also Barbaren, which is a semi-parody of S&S.
On Mighty Thews is an older S&S ttrp; a newer one (and not related) is What's So Cool About
Mighty Thews?.
Based on The Riddle of Steel is Blade of the Iron Throne, in [Bl&W]
and Color editions.
Beyond the Black Sea is another one, but I don't know much about it.
Blood of Pangea and it's supplement Opherian Scrolls, which is for games like Elric, etc.
I know there is more, but those of the ones I could remember either owning or having in my wishlist
on Drivethrurpg

Rastan, Golden Axe, blade master, hippodrome, d&d (tower of doom and something something)
(arcade), diablo (pc), pretty much most roguelikes are really close, I’d recommend Brogue, Temple
of Torment, Incursion, angband.
For tabletop barbarian prince as mentioned elsewhere, deathmaze, most dungeon crawlers would fit
the bill

A lot of great recommendations so far. Just adding some on the TTRPG front:
Through Sunken Lands is a great light weight game. The character playbooks for character
development are quite fun.
Astonishing Swordsmen & Sorcerers of Hyperborea. Beautiful game with a weird fantasy flavor (Robert E
Howard, Clark Ashton Smith, Lovecraft are major inspirations).
Conan: Adventures in a World Undreamed of. Mophidus game, 2d20 system. Conan.

Video game wise I would suggest the God of War series. While the stories are epic in scale they are
still personal and Kratos makes for a good S&S hero with his flawed personality, and he fits the
quote near perfectly:
"Hither came Conan, the Cimmerian,
black-haired, sullen-eyed, sword in hand, a thief, a reaver, a slayer,
with gigantic melancholies and gigantic mirth, to tread the jeweled
thrones of the Earth under his sandaled feet."
Ignore the name and the black hair and Kratos is your guy. Plus the games are overall critically
acclaimed and the newest two in the series are less over the top.
