The H&M group is temporarily reducing the schedule of Romanian stores

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the H&M group will temporarily reduce the schedule of all
stores located in Romania starting from Monday, November 8th, to comply with the decisions of
local authorities. Regardless of their location, all H&M stores will close at 9 p.m.

Unless local authorities implement stricter regulations, physical H&M stores will remain open.
Also, customers can continue to shop using the H&M website and mobile app and benefit from
any promotional offers available on the group’s digital sales channels.

In addition, the H&M group is working actively to manage the current situation, making the
safety of employees and customers the highest priority. All activities in the stores are being
carefully monitored, and safety measures continue to be implemented to ensure a low-risk
shopping experience.
