The document describes a guessing game activity to motivate students. It involves dividing students into 3 groups who will take turns guessing letters in a word related to the lesson topic. The group that guesses the word correctly first will be asked to identify the lesson topic for the day. The lesson objectives are then stated as understanding the relationship between hypotheses and conclusions in if-then statements, and transforming statements into equivalent conditional forms.

guessing game. I start in dividing students by 3 then I will present a number of dashes equivalent to the number of letters in the word Group 2 needed. Group 1 will first to try guessing the word. One member will go in front to input their answers. Any student in group 1 could suggest a letter. If the suggested letter occurs in the word, I will fill in the blanks with that letter Group 3 in the right places until we fill up all of the dash or until someone can guess the word. But if they got 3 mistakes they will lose.
From the completed word the
student will be ask, what do you think is our topic for today?
C. Presentation of the Lesson
For today's lesson, our
objectives are:
a. Determine the relationship
between the hypothesis and the conclusion of an if-then statement. b. Transform a statement into an equivalent if-then or conditional statement.
