A fully-automatic machine does what the name says – they come with several

programs and washing modes that will work at the push of a button.
The machine does everything automatically, so once you’ve picked your program
there is no need to do anything else, just turn it on.
When compared to semi-automatic washing machines, the fully-automatic washing
machine price is going to be in a higher range, usually from RS 9,000/- to
80,000/-, sometimes even more.
But the benefits merit the cost, since they not only make the washing process so
much easier, but they also come with a built-in heating system, which controls the
hot washing cycle.
Another benefit with the fully-automatic washing machine is that it also delivers
a more thorough clean than a semi-automatic washing machine.

A)Component required in automatic washing machine:

1)temperature sensor which senses the washing water temperature. (The
analog/digital converter changes the analog values to binary numbers).
2)safety cut-out switch.
3)keyboard for program selection.
4)water level gauge.
5)motor for washing drum.
6)power switches for motor, heater, etc.
7)heater for washing water.
8)water inlet valve.
9)water suction pump. ...

Uses of the component.

1)The Sensor Wash feature senses the incoming water temperature and automatically
adjusts the water temperature to the selection you have chosen.
2)The purpose of an emergency push button is to stop the machinery quickly when
there is a risk of injury or the workflow requires stopping.
It is intended to avert harm or to reduce existing hazards to people, machinery, or
working, so people also says safety push button switch or push button safety
switches.
3)The program selector knob on the washing machine is like a wizard with some
shortcuts.
Just select a program that is best fitted to the type of clothes you have put into
the drum of the washing machine, add some detergent and fabric softener (or not)
and you're good to go.
4)Using too much water can result in poor washing performance due to lower
detergent ratio.
Using too little water can cause poor rinsing, linting problems, wrinkling and
excessive wear on fabrics.
5)The washing machine motor efficiently helps to agitate the drum in both forward
and reverse directions.
Additionally, the special design of the washing machine motor is meant to enhance
the spin speed of the drum to run according to its RPM.
6)These switches control the speed of the motor and determine which of the hot/cold
water supply solenoids will open during the wash and the rinse cycles.
7)Heaters are used in Washing machines to generally increase the temperature of
water that will be used for the washing purpose.
In conventional models other than those have ceramic heater, generally a calcium
build up occurs around the heater.
8)The water inlet valve controls the flow of hot and cold water into the washer.
The water inlet valve has solenoids, which open and close to allow the water to
flow into the washer.
A washer that will not stop filling is often caused by the valve sticking and
staying open.
9)The washer pump forces water from the bottom of the appliance into the drain
hose.
The washer drain hose loops to the top of the machine and then down to the drain,
enabling the tub to fill. When the water reaches the bend in the hose, it goes out
of the drain.
