Method Statement/ Procedure
INITIAL PREPARATION
Site supervisor/Person in charge (PIC), shall control and carry out the activities in a systematic way to
meet the client safety requirement.
The following shall be checked before work start :
1. Site supervisor & site safety supervisor / PIC to coordinate and brief description of work and safety
precaution at site, with regard to the specific task.
2. Site supervisor & site safety supervisor /PIC to survey the area and ensure the place is accessible &
safe to work.

Site work procedure :

Site Preparation 1. All necessary Work Permit/SOP and other site safety document need to be approved and signed.

2. The appointed contractor shall ensure a high standard of Health and Safety is carried out at all time on
site.
3. Daily Tools Box Meeting and Attendance List need to sign-off daily before work start.
3. Observe and abide safety regulation at all time when at site.
4. For Emergency Call/Work, to ensure the Person in Charge must be present at site before start work.
6. All the construction workers and operatives on site must always wear full PPE.
7. Housekeeping to maintain the site cleaniness.
8. Precautionary / warning signs must be displayed at appropriate points around the perimeter of site.

FIRST STAGE : PREPARATION

1. Brief the workers on the safety regulation & requirement.
2. Ensure workers have full set of PPE which includes safety boots, safety helmet, face mask before start
work.
3. Observe COVID's regulation & distancing during performing work.

SECOND STAGE : PLASTERING

1. Site supervisors to ensure area allocated for the works are safe. 2. The
workers must equip with approprite PPE before start working.
3. Scaffolding to
erect at designated area for moisture board installation work. 4. To fit runner to
PLASTERING existing roof purlin. 5. Install moisture board to
the installed runner area. 6. Fill the screw and board gap with
gap filler. 7. Painting to board after gap filler set.
 FINAL STAGE : HOUSEKEEPING
1. Housekeeping the working area after the work is completed.
