    Dear Engr. Sarmiento,


    Greetings of peace!

    Sometime in September of 2021, we executed a construction contract for the construction of a


    two-Storey Residential Building located at Bloc 9, Lot 3, Salcedo Street, Ciudad Verde
    Subdivision, Maa, Davao city for a contract price of four million six hundred twenty five
    thousand pesos (Php 4,625,000.00) and should end on May 14, 2022.

    Unfortunately, until this date, it is still UNFINISHED with some very noticeable concerns, to wit:
    1. The following must not be compromised:
    a. Workmanship on CORNERS and EDGES;
    b. Horizontal and vertical Orientations/elevations;
    c. Wall, partitions and ceiling finishes; and
    d. Built-in and walk-in cabinets and closets.

    2. The switches, Outlets, lightings, Comfort rooms accessories must all be with acceptable
    brands.

    Furthermore, please submit a FINAL REVISED CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE.
