The Studio
Class feels a lot like a dance party: It's dark, loud, sweaty and fun! (If you're concerned about the sound, earplugs are available at the front desk.)
The Workout
A SoulCycle class works in sync with the playlist curated by your instructor. Typically, we begin with a warm-up, move on to hills and sprints,
refocus with an arm series, chase one final cardio push, and end with a restorative stretch.

The original cardio party! Our signature 45-minute full-body indoor cycling workout includes rhythm-based choreography, muscle sculpting and
a serious dose of SOUL. Taught by our world-renowned instructors, SoulCycle is transformative, meaningful and a FUN fitness experience.

2. SoulFundamentals

Ever wanted to really know what a Tap Back is? Fundamentals is a 60-minute basics class that's not just for beginners. Get hands-on tips from
two instructors, a break down of classic choreography plus that signature SoulCycle sweat. The result? You'll refine your moves on the bike and
be ready to take your ride to the next level. Arrive 15-minutes early for bike set-up.

3. SoulSurvivor

A 60-minute version of our signature class, with time for an extended warm-up, high-impact interval training, and a longer cool-down. Same
great SOUL, just more of it.

4. SoulChallenge

More is more: A 90-minute class that gives you double the SOUL in the flow of our signature class. Don't be scared off if you're still getting the
hang of things - the extra time means more active recovery during class.
 5. SoulActivate

A 45-minute high-intensity interval and strength training class on the bike. Think heart rate variation, timed interval pushes and an extra weight
series with heavier weights. You, stronger.

6. SoulActivate Survivor

A 60-minute version of our classic SoulActivate class. This longer class format is perfect for anyone looking to get even more out of their workout
and push themselves beyond their limits.

7. Charity Rides

Good SOUL for a good reason. Organized by our riders and SOUL, these special classes raise money to benefit charitable causes.
