Start By:

A. Remove the vibratory pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Vibratory) -
Remove".

Note: SERVICE DATA: TOOLING (ZZ) WILL NOT BE IDENTIFIED IN PHOTOGRAPHS IN

THE REMOVAL OR THE INSTALLATION. THIS TOOLING IS SHOWN IN ORDER TO ASSIST
THE EXPERIENCED SERVICEMAN.

1. Loosen jam nut (1). Remove cotter pin (2) and pin (3). Move cable assembly (4) out of the way.

2. Remove hose assembly (5) and hose assembly (6) .

3. Remove hose assembly (8) .

4. Disconnect harness assembly (7) .

5. Remove bolt (9) and move linkage (10) out of the way.

6. Disconnect three hose assemblies (11) from propel pump (12) .

7. Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (A) to propel pump (12). Remove bolts (13) and remove
propel pump (13) from the machine. The weight of the propel pump is approximately 46 kg (102 lb).
