Knowledge and Awareness Mapping Platform (KAMP) is one of the major initiatives taken up by
Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and National Institute of Science Communication
Policy Research (NIScPR), under the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of
India. The vision of the same is to identify and capture scientific and technological temperament in
students to make India a global leader in the field of science, technology and humanities. Students of
classes V to XII may participate in the KAMP - NASTA (National Assessment of Scientific
Temperament and Aptitude) – 2022.

Please note this is an optional activity for students. Only interested students can proceed with
registration process.

Online fortnightly workshops on Thursdays at 4:00 PM for all
registered students for one year
 Online access to CSIR Journals, Newsletters, Magazines,
Podcasts etc. to all registered students
Questions will be 60% from the current class syllabus and 40% from the previous class syllabus. 30%
questions of paper 1 will assess the awareness of the students on Science and Mathematics, 40%
questions will assess knowledge level and 30% Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Paper 2 will
assess the awareness on Social Science/EVS, Computers/IT & Aptitude
