Individual Level:
 Base Pay: Not adequate for such a post and the amount of work and commitment it
requires.
 Contingent Pay: Not applicable
 Bonuses: bonuses are not given as such for such designations.
 Incentives: Basic incentive is a salary increment on basis of overall annual performance.
 Shares: Not Applicable
 Profit Sharing: Not Applicable

Relational level:
 Learning and development: Strongly focuses on learning and development and
provides enough opportunities to enhance their teaching skill sets.
 Training: Training and workshops are considered important, and are given if one needs
them according to their job requirements.
 Career Development: focuses on career development and provides such competencies to
excel in their profession.

Transactional level:
 Pensions: Not Applicable
 Holidays: Unpaid holidays are given, but in the case of paid they are around 10 annually.
 Healthcare: Such a facility is provided, although a small portion of salary is deducted for
this.
 Other Perks: Not Applicable
 Flexibility: Depends on designation and rank at the workplace.
Communal level:
 Leadership: They do provide leadership competencies to aid their employee to stand out
in their careers in a unique way and to inspire others, but in such organizations being one
is not an easy task.
 Organizational Values: They believe in having a strong code of conduct and norms
making them unique in the education sector.
 Voice: Not Applicable
 Recognition: Such efforts are taken and are acknowledged at each level.
 Achievement: Employees do achieve certain abilities but it solely depends on one’s
efforts too.

other institutes as well.
