    FIRST CONVERSATION: Dr. GÁLVEZ CONSULTATION

     Receptionist: Good afternoon, Dr. Gálvez’s consultation. May i help


    you?

     Patient: Good afternoon. Can i talk to Dr. Gálvez?

     Receptionist: I’m afraid Dr. Gálvez is busy at the momento wiht another
    patient. What would you say?

     Patient: I can’t tell you, it’s confidencial.

     Receptionist: Ok, could you call her later?

     Patient: Yes, of course. Thank you, have a nice day.

     Receptionist: You too. Goodbye.

    SECOND CONVERSATION: DENTIST CONSULTATION

     Patient: Yes tell me?

     Receptionist: Good morning. I call you from your dentist's office to


    confirm that you will attend your citation this afternoon.

     Patient: Yes, I will attend this afternoon. May i speak to dentist?

     Recepcionist: Wait a minute, I’m afraid he is busy right now. Would you
    like to leave him a massage?

     Patient: Don’t hurry me, I'll ask the dentist this afternoon.

     Recepcionist: Ok, see you soon.

     Patient: See you soon.
