GENUINE TEMPORARY ENTRANT FOR NISHAT TASNIM

My name is Nishat Tasnim. I completed my BSc degree in Building Engineering and

Construction Management from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET),
Khulna-9203, Bangladesh, in 2022. I am a temporary employee at Rightsight Education,
British Council IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Test Centre,
Khulna-9100, Bangladesh. My designation is Senior ESL (English as a Second Language)
Trainer. My husband's name is Md Shohel Parvez. He is working as an Assistant Professor in
the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at KUET. We live in Bangladesh
as permanent residents. However, it is well known to me that my husband is sincere and
dedicated to his career goal and research. He is admirable for his accountability in the
professional area. He has been awarded an RMIT Research Stipend Scholarship to pursue his
PhD from RMIT University, which will cover his tuition fees, living expenses (32,841
AUD/Year), and a couple's health insurance (13,174.75 AUD) during the study period. In
addition, he has sufficient balance and will draw his regular salary from his present
university, which will be an additional support to run our family. The program will start on
March 1, 2023.

However, when intensive pressure is started upon him, he becomes very much careless about
himself due to giving priority to his work. Furthermore, PhD degree is the highest level of
degree in the universities, which is very important for an academician and researcher. As the
spouse of Md Shohel Parvez, I am concerned about his sound health and mind. I strongly
believe it will be my sole responsibility to assist him in pursuing his PhD by accompanying
him. He will need to concentrate fully on his research work during his higher study. If he is
worried about his family, it will be quite impossible for him to run his work smoothly. Even
keeping family far away, maintaining both types of responsibilities may hamper his higher
study. I am confident that considering my moral and social responsibility, I will be able to
create a suitable environment to continue his higher study so that he can achieve the
advanced knowledge up to the mark. For these reasons, my migration with my husband is
very much noteworthy. In addition, I want to return home after completing my spouse's PhD
degree.

Therefore, I declare that I am highly committed to returning to Bangladesh with my spouse

after completing his PhD from RMIT University.
