Highlands Ranch gets a branch

Hours before opening doors to the new Highlands Ranch office, branch manager
Brett Green is "swamped."

Between juggling office-space metrics, appraisals and disclosures — Brett is

making the space his new home.

"I just can't figure out where to put all my stuff," he said.

After realizing that a windowsill won't work as a bookshelf and tossing his books
into a drawer, Brett is back to the phone.

"Moving is always an overwhelming time," Brett said, "but my team was prepared
for these challenges, which certainly made the move far less stressful than it
could have been."

Brett is excited for the opportunity to build a branch from the ground up, and he
knows he couldn't do it without his team.

"Culture has always been the biggest draw at Guild to me," Brett said. "Providing
opportunities for my team, makes me most grateful for mine."

"I love my team," Brett said.
