Longing for Longmont? We have a new branch!

After two years of working to open a new office, Branch Manager Michelle Alarcon reaped the
rewards of her labor on May 1 when she opened doors to the new Longmont branch.

In the past, Michelle and Andy Jorgensen were able to expand the Broomfield branch, which
Michelle continues to help manage, from six to over 25 employees as well as double the
production. Michelle is aiming for similar success in Longmont.

The new branch is located next to a real estate office and a title company.

"We are very lucky to have this location, and it works out really well for clients and agents,"
Michelle said.

Managing Broomfield, Longmont and being able to produce is not an easy task. But, Michelle is
up for the challenge. She gets things done by closely following her time-blocking systems as
well as taking full advantage of Core Coaching.

And, working with a team of "good people who truly care about the people we are helping to get
into a home" has helped overcome many challenges, Michelle said.
