ABOUT ME
I am a young professional who desire for success and endeavors I pursue. I possess outstanding oral and written
communication skills and can effectively communicate and work with cross-cultural individuals or groups of
people both within and outside of the organization. I am committed, passionate and determined to fully serve
with my knowledge, experiences and skills to achieve the best interest of any organization I serve with highest
code of work ethics, respect and dignity.

CAREER HISTORY
I have involved in several volunteer programs and activities over the last couple of years. These programs and
activities helped me obtain experiences to overcome challenges towards pursuing my dream job at the real
workforce. I also had an exposure to consulting work which helped me develop strong communication and
negotiation skills when dealing with cross-cultural groups of people both within and outside organization. I was
also able to work as a Casual Data Enemurator with World Vision PNG during a baseline Survey through a
Partnership in Improving Education (PIE) project in West Sepik Province for a period of one-month. Following
are some of the programs and activities which I engaged in;
EXPERIENCE
WORLD VISION, West Sepik Province|| Casual Enemurator - Baseline Survey || Oct 11 – Nov 11 2022
I worked as a Casual Data Enumerator with World Vision PNG for a period of One-Month through a Pilot Project
called Partnership for Improving Education (PIE) in West Sepik Province. During this period, I learned a lot by
having an exposure to real working environment and faces great challenges in the field. I was able to attend a
week intensive Training conducted by World Vision Project Manager (Mr. Tyson Malken) and Education Partners.
The training helps me understand how to use the Kobo Tool Box, a data collection tool and understand the Child
Safe Guiding Principles.
A&E NAHNO CONSULTANCY SERVICES, Aitape || Director & Junior consultant || Sep, 2021 – Oct, 2022
As Director and Junior Consultant for my consulting business, following are some programs and activities I
engaged in;
Health Promotion & Education – Facilitate a week event in collaboration with SDA Church at Tarau Point Village
in Aitape. In this program, I invited representative from Raihu Hospital, Aitape BSP bank, CID Aitape Police and
Commerce Officer to attend and give educational talks to the community on GBV and other forms of violence
related to Production and consumption of homebrew (steam). After every presentation, I disseminate
preventative measures through written messages with pictures to those who attended the event.

Promote SMEs in Local Communities – In collaboration with District Commerce for a period of twelve (12)
months, I was engaged in numerous programs and activities; I conducted trainings to small clusters groups,
associations and individuals, registers/renews new/old business/company names with IPA, obtain TIN & CoC from
IRC, open-up new business/company accounts, prepare cash flow projections, write proposals etc. To record, I
successfully registered 20 business names and 3 company names with IPA.

Administrative works – For a period of twelve (12) months, I provide Printing, Typing, Photocopying, Scanning,
binding and email services at an affordable price to clients to generate internal revenue to keep the business
operation going.

VOLUNTEER
2022 National General Elections (NGE) || Volunteer || April 2022 – August 2022
Election Awareness Campaign – I was part of Sandaun Elites Team to conduct awareness on LPV Voting System
for a period of three (3) weeks in 20 villages in Aitape Lumi District. I disseminated messages through printed
leaflet on acceptable and non-acceptable behaviors during election period to every village visited. This is to
ensure the process is carried out in a safely, fairly and in transparent manner. It also ensures our people are
educated and well informed on current voting system so they make better decisions to choose good leaders.

West Sepik Regional Candidate Campaign Program Manager – I was part of the team Steve Toap Hoap as a
Campaign Manager. During this one (1) month period, I was engaged in numerous activities; I plan and design
campaign strategies, maintains effective communication dialog with campaign coordinators, committees and
supporters, draw program budgets and arrange transportations at highest standards throughout the province.
As a result, Mr. Steve Toap Hoap became the second-runner-up for the West Sepik Provincial Seat, 2022 NGE.

Aitape Lumi District Health services || Volunteer || May 2021 – Sept 2021
Health Promotion and Education – I was part of the District Health Promotion Team to plan activities and do
budgeting to commemorate World Cancer Day through disseminating Cancer preventive messages to the
general public in Aitape town. I was also part of the team to conduct awareness on Covid-19 vaccines throughout
the district.
Raihu District Hospital, Aitape || Volunteer || June 2020 – June 2021
Pharmacy (Store room) Section – In this section, I assisted the pharmacist to pack and distribute medical
supplies to the catchment facilities upon request. At times I escorted the pharmacist to transport new medical
supplies from AMS-Wewak whenever the store room runs out of stock. I was also tasked to draft a scope of
work for the new medical gas cylinder storage site and ceiling of the medical store room.

West Sepik Provincial Health Authority, Vanimo || Job Attachment (Trainee) ||Nov 2019 – Dec 2019
For a period of four (4) weeks, I attached with West Sepik Provincial Health Authority as Health Management
Trainee during my Christmas Holiday, I was engaged in the HR section under corporate division;
HR Section – Under this section, I was tasked to update Job Descriptions (JDs) for all Job Categories and the Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the West Sepik Provincial Health Authority’s major restructure. I also able to
update Occupational Health & Safety policy plus the Waste Management policy under the supervision of the
Executive Officer (Mr. Domi Min).
